Day 21 - Tumacacori and Tubac

The World Famous Abe's. Founded in 1865 by Abe Lincoln to pay off a drinking wager.

The grounds at Tumacacori National Historic Site

Church interior

Colourful flowers are an important tradition.

The cemetery at Tumacacori.

Emma has to wait outside the sanctuary. Very bored.

The duomo.

The path to enlightenment. Ok, it's actually the path to the restroom. Same thing.

A short ways up the road from the sanctuary we encouter this very proud and distinguished character. By the way that is HIS picnic table.

Tubac's cranky red truck.

Yup, even in the quaint little art town of Tubac they're gearing up for the big vote.

Ain't nobody here but us chickens.... ain't nobody here at all....

A classic Tubac shop - closed for the night but they leave all the stuff out. You can still choose what you'd like and slip the cash through the door. Really.

Hudsons always look surprised to see you.
